You deal with a single point of contact through NRI Legal Services, while each part of your matter is provided by a distinct party: coordination by NRI Legal Services, legal work in India by the India-admitted advocates, and any tax or home-country advice by independent, locally regulated professionals responsible for their own advice.

Our story began in the early 2000s, when our founder, Nidhi Singh, saw the constant struggle NRIs faced trying to manage family and property matters in India from thousands of miles away. What started as a small UK-based advisory grew into a cross border agency helping families navigate complex Indian systems without ever needing to book a flight.
Over twenty-six years we have expanded into inheritance, banking, property recovery, tax coordination, estate planning and corporate market entry. Today we have offices in the United Kingdom, Canada and the United States, backed by our own legal and execution teams and associate advocates across India.
