What you've built in India, preserved for family around the world.

Your children may be in London, Toronto, Dubai or Singapore. Your estate plan needs to work in every one of those places, not just in India.

We see what most other estate advisors don't

A will moves your assets. It does not protect them in the countries where your children actually live. That is a different problem, and it requires a different kind of planning.

The families we help

  • Parents in India, children abroad

Your assets are in India. Your family is everywhere else. We make sure what you have built reaches them correctly, wherever they are.

  • Assets in more than one country

Property in India, investments in the UK, savings in Canada. We plan across every jurisdiction so nothing is taxed twice and nothing falls through the gap.

  • Passing on the family business

A family business needs a succession plan, not just a will. We structure the transfer so the business continues and your family is not left managing a dispute.

  • Protecting your wealth

When the stakes are high, a basic will is not enough. We use private family trusts to protect assets from tax, creditors and disputes across generations.

  • Moving back to India

Returning home changes your tax status, your residency classification, and how your assets are treated on both sides. We plan the transition before it creates problems.

  • After losing a loved one

When a parent passes, the work begins. We manage the estate administration in India so you do not have to navigate courts, banks and revenue offices from abroad.

Why families choose us

  • Twenty-six years of cross-border estate experience

We have been planning Indian estates for NRI families since 2000, before most advisers knew the problem existed.

  • In-house legal, tax and banking expertise

One team handles your will, your trust, your FEMA filings and your probate. Nothing falls between advisers.

  • We plan around your children's countries, not just India

UK inheritance tax, Canadian capital gains, US estate tax, we factor all of it in from the start.

  • A private family trust built for your family's structure

Not a template. A structure designed around your assets, your beneficiaries, and every country they live in.

  • Offices where you are, teams where your assets are

Physical offices in the UK, Canada and the US. Legal and financial teams across India. You never lose the thread.

  • We manage the paperwork you cannot reach from abroad

FEMA filings, probate applications, bank coordination in India, handled by our teams, not passed to you.

FAQs

Do I need an Indian will if I already have one in my country?
Yes. A will made abroad does not automatically cover your Indian assets. We draft a separate Indian will that works alongside your existing one, so nothing falls through the gap between jurisdictions.
What is the difference between a will and a trust?
A will transfers your assets to your family when you pass away, but once received, those assets can be exposed to your children's creditors, a divorce, or tax in their country. A trust keeps assets in a protected structure. Your family benefits from them without owning them outright, which can provide stronger legal and financial protection across generations.
My children are in different countries. Can one plan cover all of them?
Yes. A well-designed private discretionary trust can serve beneficiaries in the UK, US, Canada, UAE and beyond, from a single Indian structure. We tailor the distribution approach to each country's specific tax and reporting rules.
What is FEMA and why does it matter?
FEMA governs every transfer of money from India to a foreign bank account. Without the correct filings, banks will not process the transfer. We handle all FEMA compliance for each distribution from the estates and trusts we manage.
Is it too late to set up a trust if my parents are elderly?
It is never too late to plan, but earlier is always better. As long as your parents have legal capacity, we can move quickly to get the right documents in place.
Does anyone need to travel to India to set this up?
We do our utmost to manage the entire process remotely. Documents can be signed at your local Indian Embassy or Consulate, and we handle everything else. Travel is only necessary in the rarest of circumstances.
Can you help pass on a family business, not just personal assets?
Yes. Business succession is one of our six estate services. We plan who takes over and how, with shareholder and family agreements and tax-efficient transfer planning, so the business continues and disputes are prevented.
