Let’s talk about your property in India

Managing property from a distance should not be hard. We give you clear answers, a direct plan, and our full support. Let's get started.

Settling a property-related dispute

Solving a property dispute from abroad should not be stressful. Our cross-border advisory teams work to protect your rights and keep your property safe.

  • Claiming your inheritance.

We verify records and pursue your legal share when documents are missing or family disagrees.

  • If someone is on your land illegally

Whether it is a tenant or relative, we gather proof, handle evictions and work to restore your rights.

  • If your property was sold without you knowing.

We trace fraud and challenge fake sales in court, working to clear your title and return ownership.

  • Stopping illegal transfers

We audit records to challenge forged signatures or fake gifts, so the title reflects the truth.

  • If your Power of Attorney has been misused

We establish what was authorised, revoke the POA where it is still active, and pursue civil and criminal recovery on your behalf.

  • If a will has appeared that does not add up

We review the document, file caveats to pause probate where needed, and represent you through the full proceedings.

  • If you have a dispute with your tenant

Whether they will not pay, will not leave, or have breached the lease, we handle notices, eviction proceedings and rent recovery.

  • If you have a dispute with your developer

Delayed possession, construction that does not match what was agreed, or a developer who has gone quiet. We pursue refunds, compensation and resolution.

  • If someone in India owes you money and will not pay

We send a formal legal demand, file recovery proceedings, and pursue the debt through to judgment and execution.

  • If you have been the victim of fraud, forgery or cheating

We prepare and file your criminal complaint, follow up to ensure it is properly registered, and represent you through the investigation.

  • If you have a court case that is not moving

We review your file, take over representation, and work to restore momentum without you needing to travel.

Top 5: The essentials

Do I need to come to India?
No. Our cross-border advisory service is designed so you can stay comfortably at home. Everything is handled through a Power of Attorney that we help you prepare, and our team in India takes care of the meetings and groundwork for you.
What if I have none of the property documents?
We can still help. We are very used to rebuilding files from scratch. Our team visits the local government offices to find and obtain certified copies of your property records, so missing paperwork is not a barrier.
How long will it take to resolve my matter?
It depends on what you need. Administrative work like checking a title or transferring a name usually takes three to six months. Sales usually take six to twelve months once we have the papers. Court cases vary and follow the courts’ own timelines, and we do the work upfront to help things move as quickly as possible.
Can you take over a case that is already in court?
Yes. If you feel your current lawyer is not giving you the updates or results you need, we can step in. We review your files, fix any gaps in the plan, and take full responsibility for the case from there.
How do your fees work?
We use a fixed-fee model. You get an all-inclusive quote upfront, with no hidden costs and no hourly billing. You will know exactly what you are paying before we start.
What happens to my fee if the matter becomes contested?
We agree any change in scope with you in writing before doing the additional work, so there are no surprises on your bill.
What do you do with my documents and information?
We use your information only to assess and progress your matter, handle it in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law, and keep it confidential to your matter.

Inheriting and Selling

My parents passed away and I want to sell. What is the first step?
Selling is actually the final step. First, we gather the documents, establish your legal rights, and get the property into your name. We manage that entire process for you so the sale is legally clean and goes smoothly.
I inherited a property with my siblings, but they will not cooperate. What can I do?
This is common. We can help negotiate a family settlement or start the legal process to divide the shares fairly. Our goal is to protect your rights regardless of the family dynamics.
Daughters have rights in India, right?
Yes. Under Indian law, daughters have strong inheritance rights. If a property was transferred in a biased way or you were left out, we can help you challenge that and pursue your rightful share.

Protection and Disputes

Someone is living in my property illegally. Can you evict them?
Yes. Whether it is a tenant who will not leave or a relative who has moved in, we handle the legal notices and the court process to pursue possession. You do not need to travel; we manage the ground-level work for you.
What if my Power of Attorney was misused?
If someone you trusted used their authority to transfer your property without your permission, we can take action to challenge it. We file to cancel the illegal transaction and work to restore the title to your name.
I think my property was sold using a fake signature. How do I fight this?
We act quickly. We trace the transaction, challenge the forged documents in court, and work with the police to hold the wrongdoers accountable. Our focus is restoring your ownership on the official records.

Dealing with Builders and Developers

My builder has delayed my flat for years. What can I do?
You have strong rights as a buyer. We review your agreement and take action to pursue the keys, a refund, or compensation for the delay. We handle the negotiations so you do not have to chase the developer yourself.
The builder is asking for extra charges before giving me the keys. Is this legal?
Often these charges are not legitimate. We check your original agreement to see what you are actually required to pay, and if the builder is being unfair, we file the necessary complaints.
